Financing – Work with preferred lenders to find your perfect financing plan

Visit – Visit the site where you would like your home to be built and make an appointment to see a completed home

Agreement – Schedule a meeting with to come into our office and discuss the process in further detail. In this meeting we will review house plan layouts, make necessary changes and discuss next steps

Reservation – Reserve your lot! Fill out a Lot Reservation form and return to us with your deposit. This form will reserve your lot while contracts are being drafted and executed.

Structure – Receive personalized house plans and site plans which you will review, sign and return to begin the build process

Design – Visit our Show Room and meet with our Designers to select finishes that will personalize your home

Pre-construction – The construction team will meet just before installing foundation to discuss specifics on your home and coordinate timing and details

Electrical – Once the house is framed, you will do an electrical walkthrough with our electrician to ensure correct placement

Celebration – Our project manager will introduce you to your new home before settling in

Follow Up – We will be in contact throughout your first year in your new home. After one year, we will come back to patch and paint any cracked moldings/nail pops in the paint. Don’t worry, that is all normal!
